7-day window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, in line with the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
How to request
Email corporativobe@outlook.com with the subject "Refund", including your full name and the email used at checkout. You don't need to explain why.
Processing time
After confirmation, the refund is requested within 2 business days. Crediting time depends on the payment method: credit card may take up to two statements; Pix and bank slip, up to 10 business days.
After the refund
Access to the material ends and downloaded copies must be deleted. Requests after the 7-day window are reviewed case by case, with no obligation of approval.
